The Phoenix

Book review: "The Phoenix"
Sylia Townsend Warner was a novelist and short story writer. She wrote teh phoenix and she published it in 1940.
She has borned and lived in Great Britain. The phoenix is one of Townsend`s most popular stories.
This story is set in the second world war, in Europe. It`s about a man called Lord Strawberry that was a lover of birds, he has the best aviary in all Europe, even though he has a dream of having a phoenix in it, so, he found one in Ariabia..
After Lords Strawberry´s death, he (phoenix) wast put in the zoo in a fund called "Lords Stawberry`s fund", many people colaborated with it but the phoenix`s executors gave it to Mr. Poldero because he gave more money that anyone else. It was taken to "Poldero`s wizard wonderland".
This story has everything, it has action, it is a science fiction story and it has a little bit of real life. An unexpected ending, it was like: "Oh, this is good, I need to keep reading" or "What happens next? I need to know."
I think the author wants athat expression and enthusiasm on the reader.
In my opinion you need to read this story, it has five stars.
